To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The item must be unused, unworn, and free of any damage or defects caused by the customer.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our online contact form. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos or videos of the item.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
We will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card or other payment method statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
